A/Prof Martin Hunn is the Director of Neurosurgery at Alfred Health.
A/Prof Martin Hunn's clinical areas of special interest include:
- Acoustic neuroma and other cerebellopontine angle tumours
- Awake resection of low grade glioma
- Surgery for cerebral aneurysms and arteriovenous malformations
- Cervical spine surgery
- Surgical management of trigeminal neuralgia
He has an appointment with the Central Clinical School, Monash University. His primary research interest has been immunotherapy for primary brain tumours, but this is evolving to include the management of critically-ill patients following traumatic brain injury with intracranial haemorrhage.
